We have a diverse range of classes and our expert trainers can provide safe modifications for all fitness levels. Choose from Barre, Core Restore (Mat Pilates), Yoga, Strength/Cardio Circuit, Boxfit and Aerobics. There is something for everyone at Fit Mama Co. We also offer over 10 mum n bub classes where you can wear your baby
