All our signature classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of both pregnant and postpartum mama’s. We have a diverse range of classes and our expert trainers can provide safe modifications for all fitness levels. Choose from Barre, Core Restore (Mat Pilates), Strength/Cardio Circuit, Boxfit and Aerobics. There is something for everyone at Fit Mama Co. We also offer classes that are suitable for baby wearing too
